By using this website or engaging DCR Technologies for services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

The scope, timeline and cost of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement shared before work begins.

Payments

• Projects typically require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery.
• Marketing services are billed monthly in advance.
• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad spend, paid plugins) are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Ownership

Once full payment is received, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services, hosting outages or changes in search engine and advertising platform policies.
